Gay and Neel, Inc. was retained by a developer from South Carolina to manage the design of a 130,000 square foot commercial/office lifestyle center.

This project is on an approximately 15 acre steeply wooded site. Gay and Neel, Inc. has prepared design documents including site dimensional layout, grading, underground stormwater management, utility extensions for the site, off site road improvements and rough grading plans to speed construction.
