Gay and Neel, Inc. provided Master Planning, Surveying, and Civil Engineering for a 100-acre Planned Traditional Neighborhood Development in Blacksburg, Virginia.
The Village at Tom's Creek is the result of a programmed approach to residential development that emphasizes sensitivity to existing topography, preservation of open
space and natural features, and the application of a set of traditional neighborhood spatial relationships. This 200 unit mixed density development required
rezoning, surveying, and infrastructure design. Improvements include roads, public water and sewer, bike and pedestrian trails, and
major stormwater management facilities.
