Gay and Neel, Inc. provided route surveying and construction staking services for 1.1 miles of public and private greenway, bicycle and pedestrian trails, as well as associated easement plats. This trail network is part of a mixed-use, Planned Traditional Neighborhood Development.

As a part of the project, Gay and Neel, Inc. also provided topographic surveys for engineering design of infrastructure such as roads, utilities, mass grading, and stormwater management plans with rezoning assistance.
