PROJECT manager
We are a growing civil engineering / land development firm looking to provide an opportunity to a Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience with site design in site development plans, utilities, and stormwater design. Familiarity with Autocad/Civil 3d a plus, but daily responsibility will not require working in CAD. Core responsibilities will be on management components - leading a production team, managing projects, and managing clients.

project engineer
We are a growing civil engineering / land development firm looking to provide an opportunity to a Project Engineer for design of land development site plans, utilities, and stormwater. We are looking for a candidate with enough experience to hit the ground running (2 years of experience preferred) and who is eager to learn and grow even more as a professional under mentorship of others – while also being part of our family. Civil 3D expertise is a must as daily responsibilities will include design, plan production, and calculations leveraging Civil 3D and other design software.

Survey Field Technician
Foresight Design Services is looking to fill a Survey Field Technician position. One year field survey experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who sincerely wants to learn the profession. This position will involve working closely with experienced field personnel in a variety of outdoor environments. Tasks include assisting with survey projects of all types, including property surveys, topographic surveys, construction layout work as well as a variety of other projects, for both public and private sector clients. Occasional out of town work required but majority of work is in New River Valley and nearby areas. Prospective candidates should be interested in learning to use sophisticated surveying equipment including GPS gear, robotic instruments, field computers and associated software. We seek a new team member who welcomes the opportunity to grow professionally and work closely with a mutually supportive team.
